Introduction


Our company depends on our fellow countrymen who are jobless and had not enough courage to look for job fit for them. We will promote those people to some of our companies here in Philippines.


General Goal


Our goal is to help our community to find job suit for them, for what they've been specializing and to enhance their potential Skills for them to used for their future career.


Specific Objectives


- Promote our clients to some companies which will help them improve their skills as an employee.
- Be the best company which helps those in need persons in terms of looking for a job.
- Lessen our community with those jobless ones.


Calendar Of Activity


Every Month, we will conduct a Seminar for our clients and some retreats involving in looking for a job and how to manage a job.


January


We will conduct a seminar regarding with those people who are interested to be an employee in an Call Center company, We will also give trainings for them about the said job.


February


We will conduct a seminar regarding with those people who are interested to be an Office worker in a private company, also we will held a special training for them.


May


We, together with our clients will have a retreat at Laguna for some Bonding and also to know each   others personality well, It will also be a step for us to know each personality of our clients.


August


We will conduct a seminar for those who are interested to become a businessman or those who wants to build a business but doesn't have the idea for making it possible.

-In our group, we are trying to be more productive for the betterment of our career.
-All of us are hardworking and always on the go for whatever may the company wants to do for us.

We will collaborate with the companies who are willing to support us and those companies who are interested in making their company more effective with the help of our clients/members.


Learning Circles Personal Summary


I've found out that, in our organization between us O.M 3c is quite hard to be more cooperative because some of us are not that interested to help each other to achieve the goals that we want to meet. So that, in return we always fail in every learning circles that we've made but not most of the activities.

MISSION:

HBO Office Management 3C shall have a great and strong companionship in times of cooperation is in need, either for the betterment of individual or for the whole organization.




VISSION:

HBO Office Management 3C shall enhance its members in how to have a strong personalityu and to have a good human relations to others inside or outside the organization.

OBJECTIVE:

To relate well on the project and to test our capability as a member on how to deal with the activities involved.

GROUP BEHVIOR:

Each group is composed of different personalities or characteristics and each of us have our own insights and theories for gow would the organization will maintained its mission for each of the members.
However, we are also confused about the activities that will be given everytime. Each group are trying their best to comply with the rules given in every activity.

LEADERSHIP:

Even though we didn't vote for a leader in each group or for the org. as a whole, still there are some who are interesting and willing to lead each other, for example in a group activity, because of the intense tension we have in our body, most of us our aftraid to make some suggestions about the job. But still, inspite of being tame, there is always someone who will build us up that we can do tha challelnge with the help of each other.

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR:

We, BSOAd 3C are building up a better org. through helping each other by the means of giving our suggestions and some hints to beautify and to make a strong bond together.
